Definition: A digital gift card, also known as an electronic gift card or eGift card, is a digital version of a traditional physical gift card. You can only use these gift cards online, which are emailed to you.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States of America and Canada who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ferndale Safety, its affiliates, partners, resellers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on January 12th, 2023, at 1:00 AM and ends on December 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM (“Promotion Period”)
How to Participate: To be eligible for the free gift card, participants must:
- Get the original email offer.
- Write and submit an honest review of the product on ferndalesafety.com.
- Be a verified buyer of the product(s) you reviewed.
- Have included valid contact information with the review for verification and gift card delivery purposes.
Review Guidelines:
- Reviews must be original, truthful, and based on the participant’s personal experience.
- Inappropriate content, including offensive language, spam, or fraudulent reviews, will disqualify the participant.
- Ferndale Safety reserves the right to verify the review’s authenticity and reject any reviews that do not meet the guidelines.
Please note that it may take up to 3 full business days for your review to be moderated as our quality assurance team reads every review before publishing it to our site.
Gift Card Details: Eligible customers will get an Amazon digital gift card during the Promotion Period. The total value of each gift card is $50. The gift card(s) will be emailed to the eligible participants within five business days of writing a product review. Eligible participants will receive an Amazon digital gift card corresponding to the country’s Amazon website to which their qualifying purchase is shipped. If the products are shipped to an address in the United States of America, the gift card will be from Amazon.com (in $USD), and if shipped to an address in Canada, the gift card will be from Amazon.ca (in $CAD). The gift card is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
Qualifying Spend: To be eligible, customers must spend at least $100 before taxes and shipping fees in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.
Limitations:
- One gift card per person/household.
- Ferndale Safety is not responsible for reviews not received due to technical issues.
Providing a Valid Email Address: Eligible participants must provide a valid email address to claim their Amazon digital gift card. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address specified by the participant when completing their product review. The participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and can receive the electronic gift card.
Nature of the Promotion: This promotion is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery. It is a promotional giveaway. Eligibility for the gift card does not depend on the participants’ chance or skill but is guaranteed upon meeting the conditions during the Promotion Period.
Compliance with Laws: This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited.
Right to Modify or Cancel: Ferndale Safety reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without notice.
Disqualification: Ferndale Safety reserves the right to disqualify any participant who interferes with the promotion’s operation or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability: Ferndale Safety is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or connected to this promotion will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
