Definition: A digital gift card, also known as an electronic gift card or eGift card, is a digital version of a traditional physical gift card. You can only use these gift cards online, which are emailed to you.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States of America and Canada who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ferndale Safety, its affiliates, partners, resellers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Providing a Valid Email Address: Eligible participants must provide a valid email address to claim their Amazon digital gift card. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address specified by the participant at the time of purchase or through a designated claim process. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and capable of receiving the electronic gift card.

You may decline this offer by not filling out the specified email address during checkout.

Ferndale Safety is not responsible for undeliverable digital gift cards or for not receiving them because you failed to enter an accurate email address.

Suppose you have provided a correct email address, but the email containing the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period. In that case, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

  • Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
  • The recipient’s firewall blocked the email.
  • The email inbox is over the size limit.
  • Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking the email addresses: “[email protected]” and “[email protected]” from reaching an inbox, the email options must be modified so they are not considered spam.

Qualifying Spend: Customers must spend at least $1,000 before taxes and shipping fees in a single transaction to be eligible.

Gift Card Details: For every $1000 spent in a single transaction, customers will be eligible for a discount as an Amazon digital gift card. The gift card will be awarded in increments of $100 for each $1000 spent, up to a maximum gift card value of $300.

For example:

  • A customer spending $2000 in a single transaction will receive a $200 Amazon digital gift card.
  • A customer spending $4000 in a single transaction will receive a $300 Amazon digital gift card.

The gift card(s) will be emailed to the eligible participants within 31 days of the qualifying purchase upon the customer’s successful credit card payment and product reception of the order.

Eligible participants will receive an Amazon digital gift card corresponding to the country’s Amazon website to which their qualifying purchase is shipped. If the products are shipped to an address in the United States of America, the gift card will be from Amazon.com (in $USD), and if shipped to an address in Canada, the gift card will be from Amazon.ca (in $CAD).

The gift card is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.

Limitations: A single transaction’s maximum gift card amount is $300. Limit of one gift card per customer. This offer is not valid on purchases of sale items. This offer is only valid when an order is placed directly online on the www.ferndalesafety.com website.

Product Returns and Refunds: If the qualifying purchase is returned or a refund is requested, the gift card’s value will be deducted from the refund. If a store credit is issued, the gift card’s value will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Nature of the Promotion: This promotion is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery. It is a promotional giveaway based solely on the purchase amount. Eligibility for the gift card does not depend on the participants’ chance or skill but is guaranteed upon meeting the set spending threshold.

Compliance with Laws: This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited.

Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to Ferndale Safety’s Privacy Policy.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Ferndale Safety reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without notice.

Disqualification: Ferndale Safety reserves the right to disqualify any participant who interferes with the promotion’s operation or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: Ferndale Safety is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or connected to this promotion will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
